Mr. Schoeffler has developed a true passion for home building. It started out in large industrial, commercial, educational, and medical facility construction and has evolved into an up-close and personal, high touch, high feel, home building mission. He has 40+ years of experience in construction and has traveled the country learning different architectural styles and cultural influences. He has done million-dollar historic restorations and of course, beautifully crafted affordable homes.
