The four bedroom, three bath has two-and- three piece crown molding. A spa like master bathroom and oversized walk in closet for the lady of the house, with a shoe carousel in the center of it. The doors are built in Brian’s cabinet shop from 400-year-old trees mimicking antique effects. This home has a mud room and a de3corative wall as you enter from the garage. The kitchen has a cocktail bar and custom cabinets to the ceiling. One of the fireplaces can be seen walking out of the bathroom, when you look up at the 16-foot ceiling you will see that it’s a stained wood ceiling, there is also a grill and beverage refrigerator and a sink perfect for the outside experience also the patio has been wired for sound and automated screens. The yard has enough room for a pool and to play ball. This is one of a kind home, so parade on down to this 2024 must have!

BCL Woodworks | Brian Lankau

Brian has always liked working with tools before Brian went to school, he was unscrewing the bolts holding his father’s barstools together, as soon as someone tried to sit on it would fall apart. When Brian was in middle school, he took his first wood shop class and thrived at it. He graduated High School with an industrial arts degree, he went on to study Business in College and moved to Lafayette in 1989. Brian fell in love with the culture and Hays Town style of homes. He has been building home since 2000. In 2001 he opened his own cabinet making shop and likes to take the same professional and quality approach as he does with building homes. With the help of his 15 traditional craftsmen he believes he can build a finer house then most. Only using the best Architects and design teams, the craftmanship shows in even the smallest details. You can find Brian on his building site most days with his tool belt on and working with craftsmen to ensure the quality of his homes.
